Whittles appointed for NT affordable housing project

Whittles has been appointed by the Northern Territory’s Land Development Corporation to provide them with advice and manage affordable homes on a community title within a planned community at Bellamack, south of Darwin.The homes, developed under the Bellamack HomeFirst scheme, are being sold to pre-qualified buyers via a ballot.

UniLodge give us their first SA property

Matthew leads US Study Tour

Whittles General Manager Matthew Amber’s commitment to the development of the Australian strata management industry saw him lead an independent delegation of 23 local strata managers on a study tour to the US last month.

The study tour to the Community Association Institute’s (CAI) Conference in Las Vegas gave the delegates the opportunity to meet and share ideas with strata management professionals from all over the world.
